• Exploring the potential and vocation of Christians in later years within their local church and the wider community;
• Encouraging continuing development of personal faith and experience;
• Affirming the contribution older people already make within the life of their local churches and society; 
• Encouraging churches to enable the potential of older Christians to be used within the life and mission of each church in ways that are appropriate, and to avoid marginalising their older members;
• Improving the understanding of ageing issues across the generations;
• Encouraging churches to make provision for appropriate pastoral care, affirming fellowship, meaningful worship, and relevant ministry for their older members.

Membership is open to Christians of any age. Our members are drawn from a wide range of Christian traditions. We are a Body in Association with Churches Together in Britain and Ireland.
